Another important aspect to web design using SEO principles is to take advantage of your H1 through H5 tags. These are very important to the search engine bots. So don’t use flash or graphics for these important headings. Make sure to use HTML in combination with CSS.
If you have a PHP site make sure to remove the session Ids by using a url rewriter. If you don’t, search engines will perceive this as many duplicate pages. This will lead to either a loss of value to each page, or at worst, duplicate content and a banning offense.
